IGT red wine from the Battifarano cellars (Basilicata) This wine takes its name from the stream that runs through the Battifarano Masseria, called “Toccaculo” in ancient maps because, to cross it on foot, women would lift their skirts. A full-bodied and straightforward wine, the fruit of the land that borders the stream and which gives it strong aromas. The grapes are the result of an experimental field of ancient grapes and clones selected in a year of work. It has aromas with strong vinous components, full-bodied and discreetly tannic, with an intense and brilliant ruby red color.
